Tharpure Desi Cow Ghee is made from the milk of native Gir cows, raised on our own organic farm in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ghee is prepared using the traditional Bilona method - a slow, hand-churned process that has been trusted for generations.

The a2 milk is first converted into curd, then hand-churned to extract butter, which is then slow-cooked on a low flame until golden, aromatic a2 desi cow ghee is formed.
