We currently ship orders across India.

For remote or restricted pin codes, delivery timelines may vary.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  
• During festivals or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
  

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  
• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
  

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

We take special care in packaging our A2 Desi Cow Ghee to ensure it reaches you safely.

As ghee is temperature-sensitive, slight changes in texture (liquid/solid state) during transit are natural and do not affect quality.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive:

• A tampered parcel
  

Please:

• Do not accept the delivery (if visibly damaged), or
  
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
  

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

Tharpure Organic Farm will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
