The Founder’s Story: It Starts with a Legacy Rooted in Rajasthan

It's been four decades, Surendra Awana has not just been a farmer but also a conservationist. He grew up in the village of Bhairana, Rajasthan. The land was more than a field; it was a reserved heritage. While industrial farming promised quick gains, our owner stood firm, believing that true wealth lay not in higher yields, but in healthy soil and preservation of indigenous life.

His journey in order to found TharPure was an act of profound preservation. The recognition of the supreme value of the indigenous Gir cow as well as the unparalleled benefits of its A2 milk. He dedicated himself to perfecting the traditional method of delivering pure ghee. However, this journey to start TharPure was not about starting a business but about protecting a vanishing heritage and ensuring future generations could access food of genuine purity that everyone needs. Today our brand TharPure farm is a living, integrated ecosystem where trees, animals, and crops flourish together. This is a place where each and every jar of ghee tells a story of patience, purity, as well as a profound respect for the wisdom of the earth.
